Their work impacts both the federal and state levels to support the practice of urology, our members and their patients. $50,000 – Policy Champion
  • Branding recognition at the 2026 Annual Meeting Coding Corner
  • Up to four (4) strategic consultative meetings per sponsorship year with AUA staff
    • Meetings are intended to be spread across the sponsorship year and are typically held once per quarter
    • Meetings are typically 30 minutes in length
    • Meetings are scheduled during designated AUA Policy and Advocacy office-hour windows
    • Agenda topics are requested in advance to ensure appropriate staff participation
  • One general alignment meeting
    • Typically held at the start of the sponsorship term
    • Designed to identify shared policy and advocacy priorities and determine appropriate engagement pathways
  • Opportunity for committee engagement
    • Informal access to policy experts for relationship-building and directional feedback
    • May include attending or participating in select meetings of the Physician Payment and Reimbursement Committee (PPRC), Urology Telehealth and Technology Committee (UTTC), or other workgroups as appropriate
    • Committee engagement does not include a formal coding and reimbursement consultation or written guidance
  • Participation in the Coalition for Urologic Patients (CUP)*
$25,000 – Policy Partner
  • Up to two (2) strategic consultative meetings per sponsorship year with AUA staff
    • Meetings are typically 30 minutes in length
    • Meetings are scheduled during designated AUA Policy and Advocacy office-hour windows
  • One general alignment meeting, typically held before other consultative discussions
  • Participation in the Coalition for Urologic Patients (CUP)*
$2,500 – Policy Explorer
(Ideal for startups and small companies)
  • Up to three (3) hours of consultative services
    • Limit one purchase per company per year
    • Scheduling subject to staff availability and the standard office-hour framework
$5,000 – Coding and Reimbursement Consultation
(Ideal for companies seeking targeted feedback on coding strategies)
  • One 30-minute product presentation with the AUA Physician Payment and Reimbursement Committee (PPRC), structured as follows:
    • 10-minute company presentation
    • 10-minute Q&A between the PPRC and company
    • 10-minute committee-only discussion
  • Includes formal written feedback from the PPRC following the session
  • Limit one session per company per year
Standard Engagement Framework
  • Strategic consultative meetings are designed to be paced throughout the sponsorship year to support ongoing dialogue and thoughtful engagement
  • Meetings are time-bound, agenda-driven, and scheduled during designated AUA Policy and Advocacy office hours
  • Not all AUA staff or subject-matter experts will attend every meeting; participation is based on agenda relevance and availability
  • Sponsorship does not imply endorsement, guarantee outcomes, or influence AUA policy positions
  • AUA maintains full independence and integrity in all policy, advocacy, and committee activities

The Coalition for Urologic Patients (CUP) unites patient advocacy organizations and specialty societies within the urologic community to build consensus, collaborate, and engage in public policy and advocacy activities at both the federal and state levels. CUP provides a platform for collective action on public policy issues that impact urologic care and patients.

For the first time, AUA is opening limited access to industry partners through two tailored sponsorship packages focused on engagement, shared policy priorities and collective impact.
