New in 2026: Out of Home Advertising Licensing
Exhibitors may now apply for a license to advertise outside the convention center using tactics not listed on our website.
Policy Reminder:
Per AUA Rules and Regulations, all external promotional activities must be approved by the AUA in advance to maintain the meeting’s professional standards.
Unlicensed advertising is prohibited within a 5-mile radius of the convention center. This includes (but is not limited to) placements at the airport, on billboards (static or mobile), building signage, taxis, rideshares, and buses.
How to Apply:
Exhibitors must complete the Out of Home Advertising Approval Form. Opportunities are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon review, AUA will either approve (with a licensing fee) or decline the request. You will be notified within 48 hours. Please note:
  • A limited number of tactics will be approved.
  • Tactics duplicating those being implemented by the AUA will not be approved.

Hotel Key Cards

Mobile Billboard
Your brand will be prominently displayed on a full-sized digital billboard truck that continuously circles the perimeter of the convention center and AUA hotels Friday – Sunday.  This mobile presence ensures your message is seen multiple times by attendees as they arrive, depart, and move between nearby hotels, restaurants, and networking events.
This opportunity is for one digital billboard, 8 hours per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on a custom route.  Routes will not interfere with or overlap the car swarms.
