Be one of the first exhibitor names out there in front of attendees well before the meeting begins. By sponsoring the registration confirmation email you ensure that every attendee sees your name and your message. The first point of attendee contact will be the official email announcement from the AUA stating registration is open for 2024. Your banner will be a prominent leaderboard ad on this much anticipated email! Then, once attendees go to the registration site they will see your custom ad. Once they register, a confirmation email is sent with your ad as well. One fourth and final touchpoint is a duplicate confirmation email sent as a reminder in the weeks leading up to the conference.
